She suggests taking “a 10-minute walk before lunch or walking up and down the stairs when you’re feeling drained and tired.”

Find a notebook and write down one thing you are thankful for at the end of the day. It is somewhat similar to mediation, and it will give you relief. One more thing: look into volunteering at a local charitable organization. It influences the way you see life and create appreciation for the little things.

Form good sleep habits

Your sleep habits affect how well your body relaxes and recharges. Examples of good sleeping habits are:  at least one hour before bed, eat light  and turn off the screen.  Additionally, avoid heavy exercises.
